My car has been in and out of their shop for basically a year now and is still not fixed.I purchased my car on May 12, 2018 (2013 Volkswagen Passat). I took my car to get Kia to replace my bulb on the right side. They said the bulb couldn't be replaced. I sat with Mr. and they confirmed my headlight was under warranty. They ordered the light and my replacement date was June 12. It took three hours and a half to fix my light.

My left light was no longer the same as the right. One was brighter than the other. I took it back to them and they said it was messed up so they ordered a matching light for the left side. I took my car for an oil change and to replace the left light.

They fixed the light and did my oil change in less time than the 1st which made me wonder. Ever since than, my left light has had a signal light come on in my car to check left marker light. I can not see on the left side of the road at night. I have taken my car to them more than 10 times in the last year. They say it is a safety issue but I am still dealing with it a year later. The things promised to me in person and over the phone were being changed up when the day came.

My car was also damaged on the left side when they tried to remove the light. They were suppose to buff the scratches out and I'm not sure how the bend in the frame would have gotten fixed. I was dealing with one manager named. but he no longer works for them so I had to explain everything to the new manager Phil. It is still a run around because I can never get a call back from him. I would have to take off of work and go to the office. told me the headlight did not have a warranty and they only did it to make me happy which I am not.

If that is the case, they should of told me that instead of leaving me with a mess up car. I should of known all the details before my car was touched.

The replaced the light and now it has an electrical problem that should not be my expense. My car was finally taken to Volkswagen to be looked at but they did not do what was promised. They were suppose to explain the problem and get my car diagnosed.

They only paid for my lights to be adjusted which will not fix the obvious electrical problem it has. Every time a new bulb was put in the left side the day running light will keep turning off.

It is not the bulb. It is an electrical problem from the repair of the left headlight which was done by Kia. I am at the point that I do not want this car anymore. If they are unable to fix a headlight, that was suppose to be under their warranty, what is going to happen if something else major goes wrong. I tried to do everything I could without having to take it to this extent but next month will be a year and I have had enough. I have plenty of pictures and videos of my damage and how my headlights looks at night.

I am tired of being lied to, calling them a million times with no return call, missing work to take my car to them, and nothing is different! I tried calling the general manager to take to him or her but no return call either. Instead of hearing from me, they will hear from you guys! If I could be reimbursed for my down payment and the money I already spent on this car I would be happy to start over with another car.

Unfortunately, I have to deal with a car that I can barely drive with at night unless I use high beam that is messed as well. This is the worst place ever!!!

I went to have my 2015 Kia Optima service for a faulty AC. The AC went completely out after only a year and a half. I called to make an appointment. When I got there they did not have my appointment and they said they could work us in. After waiting an hour and half, they came back and told us we had to make an appointment.

We returned for them to tell us they had to order the parts. We paid for the parts for a secondary problem (driver's side mirror) and scheduled a 3rd appointment. On that visit they fixed the mirror and sent us home. They did not tell us they didn't fix the AC. We had to turn around and then they told us they ordered the wrong part for the AC.

We asked for a loan because it very hot and was denied by the GM because our part was covered under warranty. After going back a 4th time our AC is not working. They said they fixed it but it only works on high and when the car is in motion. We had to schedule an appointment with the Kia dealership in Columbia, SC. This service is horrible. I'd rather eat at a Waffle House with a D rating before I ever come back here again!!

We completed a survey after our second visit and gave them a poor rating. When we arrived that's all they talked about how they lost their bonus because of it. Surveys should be anonymous and if not, shouldn't you work hard to correct the problem instead of making it worst. They deactivated my second survey so I decided to post everywhere online I could because people should be warned of their horrible service. Furthermore, the service guy kept being insulting by indicating my husband and I were boyfriend and girlfriend.
