In this game, the player can take the role of an NFL Head Coach and complete all the tasks that a normal Coach performs in a real-life such as manage his franchise, create a team, train his team and prove himself as best in the world. The game offer lots of real characters choose one of them and start his gameplay. It introduces lots of new features and upgrades which makes the game more interesting and enjoyable.
Just like the previous installment the game allows the player to upgrade his team and staff by using skills points, from which the player can use on either special skill. The game also offers editor option which allows the player to create his gameplay with lots of new events and tournaments. NFL Head Coach 09 includes core features such as there are twenty-two playable team, multiple stadiums on different locations, upgrades and much more. The game offers enhanced game mechanics, improved visuals, and addictive gameplay.

You\'ll be so immersed in this game you\'ll realize you do not want to SEE what the Superbowl looks like until you\'ve earned your way inActually, now that I think of it, I\'m not 100% sure you can\'t. I\'ve never tried but I don\'t think so. It would make your season very very very very long though if you did. Curious, why you would want to?
You do get a scouting report each week on the team you\'re playing with a breakdown of what plays they ran (run/pass) on which down etc. Could someone explain HC09 to me?Is it just X\'s and O\'s?Or is it Madden with a deeper Franchise Mode?Do you actually get to see games played?Or is it all abstract theory?I\'d like to buy it if it actually has the NFL schedule.I\'m not going to necessarily add anything that hasn\'t already been mentioned from the positive perspective. I\'ve bought the game 3 different times so I definitely am on-board with what it is.A word of caution though.it can be VERY daunting to open it up and see everything that you can do without ever going into a game. It helped me a ton to pick up the strategy guide. I normally HATE strategy guides for sports games but it was practically a must for me to get started and feel comfortable with what was going on. Once you get past that initial shock, you\'ll realize how important it is to keep track of things somehow. I created countless spreadsheets to try to help me stay focused on where I was going from the team-building standpoint.
I don\'t have anywhere near the experience with it that these other guys do but it\'s a great game.
